Post-Acceptance Cancellations: While we understand that mistakes happen, we reserve the right to deny refunds for cancellations requested after the restaurant has accepted your order. This policy helps prevent food waste and ensures fair compensation for our restaurant partners.

- You are entitled to a full refund if your order has not been delivered despite successful payment.
- A full refund will be issued if a paid-for food item is unavailable.
Refund Process:
- To claim a refund, please provide your valid order ID found in your order details on the Netfoodish platform.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
